Industrial Inspiration

I have always been fascinated by industrial shapes. These grain silos captured my eyes from a highway on a road trip in Indiana last Summer. The strong triangular lines and sheer size of this site seemed almost like a cathedral to me. Although all silver and aluminum in real life, I re-imagined the silos made of stone almost like a Tuscan hilltop town and the aluminum pipes like rays of light from above. Just a hint of nature in two trees in the foreground, dwarfed yet very present in this scene. What will future civilizations make of these shapes and the significance they played?
