For 4 months in a vacant field beside my office, 8 mobile homes were illegally dumped. It was fascinating to see them appear overnight like mushrooms and then pillaged and slowly decaying until the city cleaned it up. The day after I committed to photograph and paint them, the clean-up started. Just one day later, and my inspiration would have vanished!
